DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Traditional Indian Head Massage is a simple, effective way to ease tension in the areas where we tend to hold the most stress—your shoulders, neck, scalp, and face.

It’s great for relieving headaches, reducing stress, and helping you feel more clear-headed and relaxed. You’ll leave the session feeling lighter, balanced, and more grounded.

HOT STONES MASSAGE

In this treatment, I use heated stones both as an extension of my hands and place them on key points of your body to gently ease muscle tension, boost circulation, and calm the mind. Enjoy a peaceful escape as the comforting warmth helps your muscles soften naturally, allowing me to work deeper where it's needed—without the intensity that can sometimes come with deep tissue work. It’s a wonderfully grounding experience that offers both physical relief and emotional calm. Treat yourself to this luxurious experience and uncover the ultimate in relaxation and comfort.

This specialised massage is designed to support your body through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and the postpartum period. Tailored to your individual needs and stage of pregnancy or recovery, it helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, relieve swelling, and promote relaxation.

Pregnancy massage is available from the second trimester (13 weeks onward) and is only offered following a consultation to ensure your safety and comfort. Postnatal massage supports your recovery, alleviating tension and stress while encouraging healing and balance.

Note: A consultation is required prior to booking to assess your suitability and discuss any specific concerns.

EXFOLIATING BODY RITUAL

This deeply refreshing treatment begins with a full-body scrub to gently buff away dry, dull skin, leaving your skin smooth, soft, and renewed. I then use warm, steamed towels to remove the exfoliant and help open your pores, allowing for deeper relaxation and a truly comforting experience. To finish, I apply a cooling, hydrating moisturiser, leaving your skin feeling nourished, revitalised, and glowing. It’s the perfect treatment when you want to feel completely refreshed, relaxed, and cared for from head to toe.

To help everything run smoothly and ensure your session is all about you, here are a few things to know before your visit.

Before your first session, I’ll send you a short online form by email. This gives me a chance to gather a bit of background information so we can make the most of your time together. I want your experience to feel calm and connected from the very beginning.

At your first appointment, we’ll start with a relaxed, in-person consultation. This gives me time to listen to what you’re hoping to get from your treatment and tailor the session to suit your needs. Future visits will include a quick check-in, but you’re always welcome to reach out between appointments if there’s anything you’d like to discuss or update me on.

When you arrive, please allow a few extra minutes to find free on-street parking, as there are no designated client spaces. Since there’s no indoor waiting area, I kindly ask that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If the door is closed, it just means I’m finishing up the previous session—feel free to wait just outside, and I’ll come to greet you as soon as I’m ready.

Each session takes place in a clean, welcoming treatment space. I provide fresh linens for every client, and the room is cleaned between appointments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Please note that there are no toilet facilities available on site.

 After your treatment, I recommend giving yourself time to rest or move gently for the remainder of your day. Avoiding strenuous activity can help your body integrate the benefits of the session more fully. It’s also normal to feel a little thirsty or mildly tender in some areas—this is part of your body’s natural healing process. Drinking plenty of water can help ease this and support recovery.
