To help everything run smoothly and ensure your session is all about you, here are a few things to know before your visit.
Before your apppointment
Before your first session, I’ll send you a short online form by email. This gives me a chance to gather a bit of background information so we can make the most of your time together. I want your experience to feel calm and connected from the very beginning.
At your first appointment, we’ll start with a relaxed, in-person consultation. This gives me time to listen to what you’re hoping to get from your treatment and tailor the session to suit your needs. Future visits will include a quick check-in, but you’re always welcome to reach out between appointments if there’s anything you’d like to discuss or update me on.
When you arrive, please allow a few extra minutes to find free on-street parking, as there are no designated client spaces. Since there’s no indoor waiting area, I kindly ask that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If the door is closed, it just means I’m finishing up the previous session—feel free to wait just outside, and I’ll come to greet you as soon as I’m ready.
Each session takes place in a clean, welcoming treatment space. I provide fresh linens for every client, and the room is cleaned between appointments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Please note that there are no toilet facilities available on site.
After your treatment, I recommend giving yourself time to rest or move gently for the remainder of your day. Avoiding strenuous activity can help your body integrate the benefits of the session more fully. It’s also normal to feel a little thirsty or mildly tender in some areas—this is part of your body’s natural healing process. Drinking plenty of water can help ease this and support recovery. If you ever have any questions or concerns after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Booking and payments
💳 All bookings require a valid payment card to be registered at the time of booking. Don't worry—your card will only be charged after your appointment is complete. This makes for a contactless, seamless checkout experience.You’ll receive a message confirming your appointment and asking you to securely add your payment details.Prefer to pay another way? Card, cash or bank transfer is fine, but if you'd like to pay in cash, please bring the exact amount, as change cannot be given.
Rescheduling or cancellations
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To help keep things flowing smoothly for all clients, I kindly ask for the following:
❗ Cancellation & Rearranging
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Your appointment is only considered cancelled once you’ve received a confirmation from me directly.
This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the space to someone else who may need it.
💳 Late Cancellations & No Shows

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.

Missed appointments (no-show): 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
This policy helps protect the time and energy it takes to prepare for your session and run a small, independent practice.
⏰ Arriving Late
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to stay on time for the next client. The full fee still applies.
